When you contact LM Events through out website, by email or thought other direct communications, we may collect:

- Your wedding date and venue or location
- Details about your wedding plans and the services you’re interested in
- Any additional information you choose to provide
If you become a client, we may also collect information necessary to plan and coordinate your wedding, including relevant supplier, booking and payment details.

- Plan and coordinate weddings where our services have been booked

How Long We Keep Your Information
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
Enquiries that do not result in a booking are normally retained for up to 12 months after out last communication.
Client and booking information is generally retained for up to 6 years after completion of our services, where necessary for contractual, business or legal purposes.
Financial and tax records are retained for the periods required by HM Revenue & Customs.
When personal information is no longer required, it is securely deleted or disposed of.
